DxScript is a robust fully functional, yet intuitive and easy to use, ePrescribing application. Our secure and certified web-based application may be accessed by using your computer, or a host of PDAs/Smart-phones including iPhone, Blackberry, Palm or Windows Mobile 5 devices. Providers are able to generate prescriptions and transmit these via secure EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) directly to the patient’s pharmacy or print locally onto custom formatted secure prescription paper. DxScript allows providers access to timely and clinically sound views of a patient’s prescription history at the point of care thus decreasing the risk of preventable medication errors. The DxScript ePrescribing service puts eligibility, benefits and formulary information at your fingertips at the time of prescribing. This enables prescribers to select medications that are on formulary and are covered by the patient’s drug benefit. It also informs you of lower cost alternatives such as generic drugs. |
